Treehouse Moderator 91,254 PointsA computer is basically an assemblage of computer chips, wires and connections that work together to produce binary numbers that make calculations. Lots of them every second.
Amongst other things you'll find The CPU, Memory slots where computer RAM is stored. A place for the Hard Drive or 2. Soft Drives and CD and DVD/Rom The Motherboard.
I don't pretend to how it all works but I have opened up the computer every so often to clear out the CPU Fan. :)
