After you run logging.php right click the left pane where the files are listed and choose refresh.

I did it, should i run it on the command-line or on the browser?

I just ran php logging.php on the command line then refreshed and saw the log file was created.

That's so odd. i see it working now as well. but it updates only when i run the file in the terminal - php.loggins.php
