The answer comes directly from the Forms/Divs/Input video.

At about time index 2:47 in the video, you are told "The main form control element that we use in our web form is the input element."

The other elements in the example are common HTML elements but not specifically related to forms.

The answer is pretty straightforward, rephrased : "Which is control element used in this example?" A control element (in a form) is a component which let you fill the form.
