Python SQLAlchemy Basics Introduction to SQLAlchemy Movie Database Continued

The movie theater is no longer showing your movie. Delete it from the database.

i honestly cant find anything wrong but its wrong could anyone please help me

engine = create_engine(β€˜sqlite:///movies.db’, echo=False)
Session = sessionmaker(bind=engine)
session = Session()
Base = declarative_base()


class Movie(Base):
    __tablename__ = β€˜movies’

    id = Column(Integer, primary_key=True)
    movie_title = Column(String)
    genre = Column(String)

new_movie = Movie(movie_title='El Camino', genre='action')
session.add(new_movie)
new_movie.session.delete('El Camino')
session.commit()

Hey Kennedy Malonga, you are very close.

delete is a method of session. So, instead of new_movie.session.delete('El Camino') use session.delete(new_movie)
