"The name 'ViewBag' does not exist within this context." ASP.NET MVC and Razor

Hello, I have been struggling with figuring out this error. My ViewBag seems to be undefined. I have downloaded and directly opened the teacher's notes version of this project, and the error still shows. I am using Visual Studio Community Version for Mac.
