Is there a way to view courses that have now been locked with this new track initiative?

2,087 PointsI just sent in a support email about this very topic. Since they changed the layout, I've lost access to any tracks I've previously started.

Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsHmmm. It was my understanding you could only use one track at a time but could switch tracks at any time. Has this changed since the new track layouts?

2,087 Pointsat the moment, you can leave a track to start a new track. If you rejoin the track you left, it picks up where you left off. I haven't tried going to a completely new track and then going back to the old track to see what happens. The issue I have, is not being able to access the paths I've accessed prior to the change. So now, you have to complete all the achievements before being able to move on... ugh. Which doesn't make sense to me since i can see that I have 2/5 or 1/8 or 1/3 and can't access them. hopefully, they will rethink how this was implemented. Other than that, I love everything else.

You can access any course you've previously by clicking on the home button, that's what it's there for.
You choose any course to start by clicking on the library button.
The tracks button on the other hand is something different, I think I'll leave it to the Treehouse house designer behind the new Tracks concept to explain.
> Tracks are a focused, on-rails experience meant for students that want or need structure. If we allow skipping again now, we're just going to take it away again in the future anyway. Using Tracks as a general curriculum guide, while helpful, is not ideal and I think what those students who want to go off track really want is actually functionality like a Playlist or Queue to forge their own path through Treehouse. So, we'll work on that!

13,375 PointsI think the tracks make sense in the way you can group a set of courses and have a gradual approach to learning for a specific interest eg. web design. However, I don't think locking parts of a course as a condition helps. I would like to have the option to view any part of a track without having to jump through hoops to get to it!

13,375 PointsSame here. I have worked thorough quite a few courses but when looking at the new tracks it seems like i have to start from the very beginning with parts/courses locked that I'm sure I have previously covered!
