The ñ on Jalapeño

For some reason I cant get the ñ to appear when I open the file in the browser, any reasons why? I am using Adobe Dreamwaver. This is what appears on the browser Jalapeño

Try replacing the letter ñ with it's equivalent HTML entity ñ
