First of all, to remove an item, use shift not unshift. Unshift adds an item to an array rather than remove it.

Secondly, when using shift or unshift to remove or add an element from an array, you need to specify which element you want to remove from the array by supplying it as an argument in the shift or unshift method.

Thirdly, you don't have to add square brackets [] to the variable name when defining an array. (Anyway, from your question you weren't asked to create a shipping array, just a shipping variable).

So finally your code is supposed to look like this

var orderQueue = ['1XT567437','1U7857317','1I9222528'];
var shipping = orderQueue.shift('1XT567437');
