HTML How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adjust the Profile Page and Header

the pixel in the margin of the profile picture

Hello!

In the css rule below for the picture in the About page, I wonder why we are using px. I thought media queries should use percentage so that the properties can alter with the screen size. Is there a rule of thumb for when it is best to always use pixels when doing responsive layouts?

.profile-photo{ float:left; margin: 0 5% 80px 0;

}

Thanks
