the prompt window is asking me to put a value twice ?? nay idea how to stop that?

it keeps popping up for the second time, any idea why?

Can you provide your code (just the JavaScript code is enough)? It really helps other students understand what might be causing this issue

You may have linked the script for story.js twice in your index.html.

the video tells you to add the script to the html file, but the script is already on the html file. so you end up running the .js file twice.

Without seeing the code this is just a guess — but is your prompt statement in a loop? And if not, are you sure you don't have the same prompt twice in the program?

To enable a more complete and accurate analysis, post your (property formatted) code. Or even better, make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.
