The question says put the level 2 heading tag .so i already put the level 2 tag but its refusing.

I think the error message is a little misleading. The error appears to be caused by the paragraphs under the the H1 and the H2, they are both not fully contained in paragraph tags and this is causing the challenge to fail. The challenge is expecting each paragraph to be wrapped in p tags, whereas in your example it appears this has been applied to each sentence.
