The reason why I have been stricken with doubtfulness from this challenge?

It throws a combination of functions that initially confused me... I have been reading my own scripts, reading them as if I was the computer. When I encountered this challenge I failed it; in the sense of understanding the code I write. I had to spend alot of time breaking down the mathematics of the functions and how they exactly produce a random number between the 2 values... fortunately after all this time, I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT!!!!! WOOT!!!

This is a milestone of my coding journey.
