The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

I have this error when I try to run my program, I spent a fair amount of time trying to fix this one, but I have been unsuccessful so far. I decided to run the solution provided in the Download section, and the same error occurred.

Have you been able to solve this issue? Or is it a problem with Microsoft's API?
