The server DNS could not be found

I have followed all the instruction, updated my DNS and waited more than 48hr but still get the message "the server DNS address could not be found". Who should I turn to in this case? Dearmhost or Namecheap?

You will want to direct this issue to your domain registrar. They should be able to help you point your domain at your web hosting nameservers.
