The site looks different from Google Chrome and Firefox.

the images doesn't resize to 2 columns in Google Chrome. But when i view the site in Firefox the images floats.

i just realize that it doesn't work when i'm on Incognito window.=(

It happens because browsers are somewhat forgiving, if you have a typo in your css or are not specify the browser will apply their own styling. which also works as a fallback. If you want your website to look the same in the same browser you could link to normalize.css before your own style in your document.
