The β€œtime” (total work) of a task can be reduced by having many computers work on it simultaneously?

The answer of this question is false but i guess this should be true. If 4 persons fold envelop same time, and total work will be same but total time doing the work is (time of work)/4

It's the same thing with the computers, but the question isn't asking about actual time, that's why "time" is in quotes and it's qualified as "total work". So just like the envelope folders, the total work remains the same, so the correct answer is False.
