The video does not explain what´s the logic of line heigh values for h2, h3, h4 to incorporating a line height 32px base

Might be worth doing a more generic design course first. Spacing, grouping and repetition are pretty powerful tools. Ultimately you are aiming to reduce friction and increase legibility. https://teamtreehouse.com/library/design-foundations/understanding-aesthetics/space-grouping

Probably you should just to the default line height values for headers.
