The volume isn't working

I can't hear what the instructor is saying its like the volume wont work

I don't know what OS you're using but go to your sound options and make sure what ever you want to the sound to come through (headphones, speakers, etc) is set to default.

Can you hear sound from other websites like youtube?

Hi Andrew, The video works properly with audio support. The problem seems to be due to your computer's sound settings or missing connections in the hardware (i.e., loose cable, etc). You may want to check them. As the last resort, you can take a look at the video transcript or turn the subtitles on. Have a nice day. Best regards, Mustafa
