The web page shudders very quickly when I resize my responsive website from the first section. Do you know why?

As I built the website from the first section (Building a basic HTML/CSS website) I noticed that if I resize the screen, I get an awful shuddering effect. It is not smooth resizing like in the video. Do you know how to fix this?

It could be caused by a number of things - internet browser you're using would be my guess. What's your OS and browser version?

I am using the most recent version of Chrome on a Windows 7 computer
