CSS How to Make a Website Beginning HTML and CSS Follow Along with Workspaces

The workspace does not work with Command + R I have to launch a new tab every time.

Can someone help me fix the Workspace issue. It may be difficult to work without the command R working. The Workspace is being launched seperately on my mac instead of in a tab.

When I hit command r it refreshes the workspace, is this a problem on you end?

All good :-). am ok as I save in the workspace and then refresh the browser. Its fine thanks.
