There is no open start page in XAMPP

This video is for mac. I'm getting lost once he says to click on open start page. What is the equivalent in XAMPP control panel?

http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ Type that into your browser, then you can continue with the video. Warning: upcoming video assumes you know how to access and use CPanel and FTP. Warning: Will tell you to customize to use Sites folder. Instructions don't work for Windows. For Windows, you can stick to htdoc folder.. Warning: Quiz has questions not covered.

Hey Ryan, Try just going to http://localhost/ in your browser. If XAMPP is running, you should see a kind of "start" page for XAMPP.
