Hi Joshua,

Thanks for writing. Sound came through as expected on my end. Can you please confirm your computer's volume is turned up as well as the volume on the video player?

Next, try to open the video from a Chrome incognito window (or other private viewing window if not using Chrome). If not working there, try from a different browser entirely.
