There was a problem connecting to the Code Challenge : Timeout Error.

I keep getting the following error when trying to complete any tutorials withing Javascript and Jquery courses - > There was a problem connecting to the Code Challenge : Timeout Error. I emailed twice the support team. They never replied. Could someone help. p.s. this occurs quite often I would say with other tutorials as well from time to time

To narrow down the issue, here are a few things to try:

  • different browser
  • different computer
  • different network (e.g. coffee shop wifi)
  • different time of day

Each of these things checks for various things that could be affecting the site.

P.S. - I don't work for Treehouse, this is just what I'd do in your situation
