This version of Photoshop is outdated which makes the topic confusing and a bit boring.

This video should have been updated to the real Photoshop software that Adobe has available right now.

Actually all of the tools are the same in the updated version of Photoshop. They may be located in different places but they have the same functionality.

This is true. There was a tiny bit of confusion over the missing application bar, but the controls mentioned are easily reached using the search feature.

Maybe more advanced courses would have missing features or changed controls, but this is fine for an intro-level.

There are a few things I'm struggling with to cope up... It's really tiresome to find each and every detail and then work on with it.
