This video makes a huge leap from the last, such as "delete shared functionality"...

This video starts off with "In our Song.js file, we can start removing functionality shared with the media type." Why? Where does that come from?? How do we know that from anything taught previously? It needs a better intro than just jumping into "removing functionality shared with the media type." I don't understand WHY. The rest of the topic is also quite fast and needs more explaining.
