JavaScript Introduction to jQuery Events Using the on() Method

This video uses the wrong workspace.

No question. The video uses the wrong workspace.

Well no answer for you, then. :smirk: Just kidding.

But seriously, did you report this to Support?

I didn't see a support but see a help btn. There are a few videos in this course that aren't linked to the correct workspaces.

You're trying to help puppies but you're stuck on a list of students.

That does sound like an issue to discuss with the support staff.

Besides my link in the previous message, there's a "Support" choice in the menu that runs across the top of each page.

Got it. I see it. Never really needed it so I never looked for it.

But...it is still easier to use the help button than it is to create and send an email to them with screenshots and such.

At least this conversation is directly linked to the video in question which makes it easier to find the problem.

It's handy, but the "get help" button is just a shortcut for posting here on the forum.

The forum is a great place to get help from other students, but may not be the most expedient (or even certain) way to contact the staff.

The Support page is the recommended way to contact the staff.
