Thread 1: signal SIGABRT

I was building my app in "Build a Simple iPhone app with Objective-C" without any problem until I got this error when running the app "Thread 1: signal SIGABRT".

under Thread 1 12 main

I've tried a few things other people have suggested on similar post but without any success

Can you post the stack trace. It should be in debugging area.
