Three 2 Column Choices

There are now three 2 Column Choices in the Admin Style Plugin. Don't know which one to use: static (px) reducing of toggle block; static (px); or relative (%). I'm pretty sure it is one of the two static settings, but not sure which one.

(I figured out which one to use, however, see the note below.)

There are a lot of differences between the Admin Style Plugin that was used in the video and what is available now. I've managed to cobble things together, but it is very confusing. This is a video that I would suggest redoing soon, or at least some teacher's notes added about all the differences.

On the plus side, I found out that I understand the code better than I thought as I was able to replace code in the correct places on the first try, and deleted extraneous code, as well.
