Throwing Exceptions

I've been working on this for a few days now. The code that I wrote for the challenge starts with the try method. The question asks me to wrap that in like a try/catch method and I keep getting error cs0201. I wish that I could give a more elaborate explanation but I'm completely lost here. Any help would be appreciated.

Program.cs 
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if (value < 0 || value > 20)
{
    throw new System.Exception();
}

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

try
{
    value < 0 || value > 20;
}
catch(System.Exception)
{
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

Don't repeat the conditional expression.

That's not valid code by itself anyway. But after removing that line, just expand the try block to enclose at least the original test with the throw inside. You can enclose the entire original code in the try block if you want.
