Hi Phoebe Baker , great question. Are you trying to add a time trigger to an element or an artboard? I know it's confusing, but time triggers can actually only be applied to an artboard. So select the artboard first and then add the interaction. You should see the Time option as an option in the Trigger dropdown now.
