10,506 PointsTips for skype interview?
I am having my first Skype interview tomorrow with a recruiting company, hopefully I get my first job as a back-end web developer. i already had phone interview with him and the company took couple of evaluation tests from me and I did good in all of them!
What are the important things that I need to pay attention during the interview? Should I take this interview highly important and serious and act professional or no? What kind of questions should I expect from a recruiter?
PLEASE HELP ME! THANKS

If you haven't already taken the course, Treehouse has a whole section dedicated to this topic. It's called Applying & Interviewing. There's a lot of good advice in the whole Career Foundations course — it's one of my favorites .

They eat that shit up and love to know you're interested in more than money and it makes it seem like it's not just you fighting for the job it's them fighting for you to work for them. Plus, it'll help you get a better feel for whether or not you actually want to work there.

A few general thoughts on skype interviews.
- I'd suggest a dress shirt (probably can do without the tie).
- I'd also remember professional etiquette, such as being at your computer with skype fired up 10 minutes early
- Remember to use professional spoken language, confidence use of correct technical terms with little umms or curse words as it's often easier to loosen up than the other way around with first impressions
- Finally, I'd suggest to firm up any written communication with a professional standard, proper grammar, punctuation and remember a sentence in all caps is read as yelling so you don't want to do that.

Skype has been forcing its users to upgrade lately which is not that much of a big deal except for that older windows and Mac computers cannot use skype anymore. I've read stories about people who missed out on job interviews because of this happening... so just check two hours before the interview if your skype is up-to-date and functional, if not have a plan B ready ;)
