Can't find "Build a Todo List Application with Rails 4" tutorial. Can anyone help me?

I just got a pop up notification when trying to find it and it says that "Build a Todo List Application with Rails 4" was retired on September 16, 2016.

Does that mean that Treehouse is rewriting for Rails 5? I'm done with the courses in the rails track but it seems like there's a bunch of content missing.
