Toggable Fixed Footer

Hello Guil Hernandez I need your help to solve a footer. Could you guide me on how to do.

I posted my case on the following link detailing my situation more http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23847423/fixed-sticky-desplegable-footer-solution

I have two problems:

First -. Flashes element when the element is positioned as fixed, this occurs when we scroll to the bottom of the page I used a plugin ScrollToFixed

Second -. Toggable footer effect does not work in IE8, for some reason does not work.

I'm using bootstrap 2.3.2 for compatibility with older browsers

I use the plugin ScrollToFixed have several params, when i remove the preFixed param the animation works in IE8 with some gaps, but the footer menu appear open y i need cloded in the first instance.

If you know another method for this, I appreciate
