B4 is still a "moving target".

I was surprised to see a course on it at all, since it's still under development and not an official release.

I can only guess that the course might be revised after it becomes the official current version. It doesn't make much sense to change it before then.

It's so dumb to release a course for an Alpha version which is subject to changes in the near future.

Actually surprised that Treehouse doesn't have a stable Bootstrap course. (Like bootstrap 3 for an instance)

I'll definitely check udemy for a good bootstrap course.

I believe B3 is covered in the Framework Basics course. I also audited Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools on coursera.org.
