Are you getting an error? Most of the time this happens because two instances are running. Right click and choose close all instances?

Yes , after running when it's entering the :bootrun service then it's going to an infinite loop means , that process is not ending . I have teamviewer installed on my computer and I'm not understanding what is the problem can you log in with teamviewer and check it please ?
