Tools needed to create a payment web page.

What combo of scripting languages do I need to learn to create a payment page for a website and what else might be needed? I am currently on the Front End Development track and would like to know if it is enough or what course I should aim for after.

The first thing you'll need is to pick a payment gateway which will allow you to accept payments; examples include: Authorize.net, Braintree, Stripe but there are many others. Once you've picked a gateway you can look at what APIs they have and from there pick your scripting language. Most gateways these days offer pure Javascript APIs which means you could be set with just what is taught in the Front-End Development track.
