How do you add multiple topics to a question?

If you're asking a question directly from the community forum, you can only choose one topic. When you see multiple topics on questions in the Forum, those are being asked from and are linked to a specific video / challenge / quiz. This is accomplished by going to the Need Help? section (usually located under the video / challenge / quiz), clicking on Get Help, and following the prompt from there. This will automatically set everything.
Hope that answers your question. :)
