Tracks and library?

Hi,

I have a little question for you guys.

If a learn something like HTML Forms from the library and HTML Forms il also included in Web Design track it will unlock it on this track after i've learned it in library?

Yes it will unlock. If you can re-do same course on track after library you already have it, it is up to you.
