Transitions

Hi,

I'm making a website for my wife and she wants the main page to resemble and act like this: Kevin Spacey. I'm trying to do this with css only, maybe I can't. If I use divs I can get the transition to ease out but not ease in and the images drop down: Page using divs. If I use tables I can get everything to stay where it belongs but I get no transition ease: Page using tables. Note: The files are the same, I have used comments to change the files. Most of the borders are there for now so I can see what's going on.
