TreeHouse app install failed miserably on my iPad

Installed the TreeHouse app on my iPad today (from the App Store) and was unable to find it anywhere. Re-installed it, still nowhere to be found on my device!!!

Haven't seen this behaviour in 2 years of daily iPad use.

Any clues what might be happening and what to do to fix it?

Have you performed a reset of the iPad or watched the install from start to finish. Do you have enough space on your iPad? Are you losing WiFi connection during the download? Have you tried using the spotlight search to locate it. Just some quick things I could think of to try to help out.
