Treehouse Badges Plugin Issue

I'm working on the Adding Widgets to Our Footer tutorial in the How to Build a Wordpress Theme Project. I installed the Treehouse Badges Plugin but it is displaying incorrectly. The badges are 3 times the size it shows in the tutorial and the settings for the plugin do not look the same, nor does it have all the features that the tutorial shows. Is anyone else showing these issues? Thanks!!

You were right. I did a little more digging and found this article that explains the css is not linked correctly. http://wordpress.org/support/topic/default-styling-not-working Thanks for the advice!

Sounds like you've got a few issues with your CSS, so I'd take at that to start with.

There is also a difference between the plugin used in the project and the one on wordpress.org. At first we just had a demo version for the project, but then released an official plugin later.
