Treehouse Bootcamp

Hello treehouse members and teachers!

The reason I am writing this is because the lack of developing boot camps in the Los Angeles area. I would love treehouse to create a bootcamp where you can learn how to develop in 12 weeks or so. Especially here in the Los Angeles area. Unfortunately the only ones near me are in San Francisco (8 hours away from me) and I can't afford to leave my family for 3 months, pay for the bootcamp, rent, food, etc.

I love being an online member here at the treehouse and I am learning a lot with the courses, however I believe working with a group of people with teachers mentoring you and answering questions in a day to day basis would be just perfect. I find myself really immerse in classes here at treehouse and when I try to do things on my own I get stucked and I end up frustrated. I know this is going to take a lot of time and effort, however I would LOVE to go a treehouse boot camp!!!

Thank you guys for the great courses an material you guys put together to help us learn and grow. This discussion was not intended to criticize but to explore other options.

One last question, Why all the boot camps and most of the job positions everywhere but LA? Just curious...
