Treehouse Career Program details?

A recent email briefly mentioned the beta going on in Oregon. Can someone provide more info about this?

You should get another Email when you get access to the Career Program.

In the Treehouse site, there will also be a new icon on the left toolbar under the Workspace entry that kind of looks like a gear with a check mark in the middle.
