Treehouse Club: JavaScript Challenge Task 3 of 3

In the 'a' element in links change the padding: 10px; }

I have copied and pasted it to look like this and still for 2 days i don't know what the error is. Why is this so simple and yet I still get the task wrong?

just remove } after padding

There's a stray closing brace after the "margin" line:

  margin: 40px auto; }

That causes the "padding" line below it to be ignored.
