I added paypal account to my treehouse and till now I'm not able to study my course and treehouse didn't charge anything from my paypal, how can that be solved?, I contacted support but they didn't make any effective thing.

Well obviously, none of us (users or mods) can do a thing to solve this issue, I suggest you to contact support again at help@teamtreehouse.com and try to give more detail on the issues you are facing.
Remember, some changes, especially PayPal - can take up to 24 hours. it's pretty standard.
