Treehouse E-mail signup - 'Free Gifts'

I have signed up on two separate e-mail accounts as I wanted to view the ebook and backgrounds that are offered as a sign-up incentive. Just wondering when they will be sent out. I don't remember receiving them from my first e-mail signup and I have yet to receive them from the second.
