I think Treehouse should implement a way of communicating between each other. I've met quite a few people on Treehouse who I would like to be able to message and talk tech with without having to give out my email constantly. It would be handy for finding other developers for forming teams.

Courses Plus Student 16,352 PointsI agree. Some sort of instant chat messaging could be useful. The community is a key difference here than at most other online code schools that don't offer a forum or chat. Check out FreeCodeCamp, they use an instant message chat for users - and, is not a replacement for TreeHouse but a nice supplement.

Courses Plus Student 46,022 PointsThis is actually something I'd like to have as well. There are times when I'd like to message a person more privately, to check on them after I've answered one of their questions or to see how they're doing on a course.
I could see the implementation getting a little complex, and possibly legal as well. But it's something I'd really like to have.
