Treehouse TeacherThis has come up a lot in the Forum: search for "php python ruby" and you should get some answers. Here are two from a while back that are helpful:

Your best bet is to sample them and see which you like and then go from there. Or perhaps you have a specific job in mind that might help you decide which one. All three are popular choices, and learning one (and its associated frameworks like Rails or Django) will help you transition easily to the others as needed.
