Treehouse should add a place in community where you can post completed projects and get feedback.

Similar to how this is a "General Discussion" It'd be cool if there was a tag for "Project Reviews" or something similar. I'd like to share an app I've been working on but never seen that done in the community and don't want to seem spammy. Anyone else think this is a good idea?

This is regularly done. They are usually seen in the category associated with the language being used. A good way to keep them from seeming "spammy" is to post links to repos or workspace snapshots instead of inline code.

Try searching the forum for the word critique and you will find several examples, including several posted just recently.
