Treehouse support

I've been working my way through the learning material at TH and the first major hurdle I came across was the carousel not working in the bootstrap to wordpress course. I uploaded my content to a web server so it could be seen by whoever might help but what's frustrating me is it this...

Everywhere I go in the net from YouTube to my local TV station I see endless advertising for treehouse, I'm not getting the support I believe is necessary for me to complete some of the content and It does not give me any confidence to go onto more complex tracks, there is no proper support from the teachers, I believe TH need to address this before they go about spending so much money advertising when they are not supporting what they have built up.

Yes we all know the value of forums as a support tool but it's clearly not enough, there are way too many unanswered questions and I for one am not satisfied with a forum only support system as the teachers are not very often involved in the support process.

I have seen a lot of talk about customer support being one, if not the most important aspect when starting you own design Co. Can I suggest TH start practising what they are preaching - spend more on supporting the students you have and less on advertising?
